Who is cleared today, and why?
PaperFold keeps the proofs of every company you work with current. It checks each date in code and shows, for any day, who is cleared and which proof decides it. A person always makes the call.

One working day
Six hours, six screens. Each one shows in the view it is used in: the app on a phone, the web on a computer. The plate under each hour gives its release.

A certificate is photographed on site
A company you work with takes a photo of its new certificate. The phone keeps it at once and sends it when there is signal.

Confirmed in one step
Type, holder and dates are suggested, with the line they come from highlighted. A person confirms. Before that, nothing counts.

All proofs on one time line. Pick a day to see what will have ended by then, and start renewals before anything lapses.

The request names only what is missing. The other company answers in one visit on a phone, without an account.

What PaperFold does
Every company that works for others has to prove things: insurance, tax standing, registrations, training, permits. Those proofs sit in e-mails, folders and spreadsheets, and their dates run out unnoticed. PaperFold gives each proof one place and each company one clear answer.
Checked once, current everywhere
A company keeps its proofs in PaperFold and confirms each one once. Every client it works for sees the current state instead of a copy from last spring. When a proof is renewed, all of them see the new date at the same time.
Answering a request costs nothing. The company that collects the proofs sees who is cleared, for any day it picks.
